So they whole month of April has flown by me ahhh,what have i been doing you ask? Taking on way to many things as i do, but oh how bored would i be if i didn’t have a million things on the go and a head full of ideas and recipes lol.
Here i have this yummy recipe for you that your kids will love, Mr C loves making them for his days at kindy.
Straight out of the oven, still steaming as I cut a tester piece, eating it as I write this post yum yum.
So I’m still on this never ending candida killing diet limiting my foods even more 😔 thank goodness i can eat bananas they have been my saviour for sweetness. I thought I’d share my candida but kicking banana bread with you.
What you’ll need
2-3 bananas depending on size
1/8 cup macadamia oil
1/2 tsp bicarb
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Just under tbls lemon juice
1/8 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup buckwheat
3/4 cup almond
Place the bananas, eggs, oil, bicarb, cinnamon, vanilla and lemon juice in a blender (you can do by hand) on low for 3-4 mins until smooth and combined
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for a min until combined
Pour into a lined loaf tin (I have used a muffin tray also) and bake for 30mins cover with foil if top starts to brown to fast
A skewer should come out clean when testing to see if it’s ready.
