Straight out of the oven, still steaming as I cut a tester piece, eating it as I write this post yum yum.
So I’m still on this never ending candida killing diet limiting my foods even more 😔 thank goodness i can eat bananas they have been my saviour for sweetness. I thought I’d share my candida but kicking banana bread with you.
What you’ll need
- Place the bananas, eggs, oil, bicarb, cinnamon, vanilla and lemon juice in a blender (you can do by hand) on low for 3-4 mins until smooth and combined
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend for a min until combined
- Pour into a lined loaf tin (I have used a muffin tray also) and bake for 30mins cover with foil if top starts to brown to fast
- A skewer should come out clean when testing to see if it’s ready.
