I woke up starving this morning and i haven’t made any granola so my options were low. I wanted pancakes but i was just too hungry to make my usual buckwheat ones i needed something quick, easy and filling.
So i came up with these devine treats
- Almond meal
Mash one banana in a bowl add 1-2 tablespoons of almond meal and mix.
In a seperate bowl lightly beat an egg.
Combine the two bowls and mix.
Heat a pan with some coconut oil on a low-med heat and place a spoonful of mixture into to pan.
When the centre of the pancake begins to bubble flip.
Enjoy with some fruits, a sauce or I had mine with some homemade Nutella yummmmy
